The Site presents the creative, audiovisual production, and technological services of Story Studio, and facilitates contact with clients and collaborators.

The published information, including references to deadlines, scopes, capacities, or results of previous projects, is indicative. It does not constitute a binding contractual offer nor does it generate any obligation until a service agreement is signed between the parties.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree to use the Site in accordance with the law and in good faith. The following is prohibited:

• Using it for illegal purposes or purposes that could damage, overload, or impair its operation.

• Reproducing, distributing, or transforming its content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

All contents of the Site —designs, animations, audiovisual pieces, illustrations, photographs, texts, code, brands, and logos— are the exclusive property of Story Studio or, in the case of portfolio works and success stories, of their respective clients, who have authorized their display for demonstration purposes.

They are protected by national and international intellectual and industrial property regulations. Any reproduction, distribution, transformation, or public communication, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the express written authorization of its owner. The simple visualization of the Site does not transfer any rights over them.

Motionme® is a platform and brand owned by Ary Jonathan Silberstein Klein, and its use is governed by its own contractual conditions.

6. Content generated with artificial intelligence

Part of our services and of the pieces shown are produced by combining artificial intelligence tools with human creative direction. The ownership, license, and conditions of use of the materials generated in each project are established in the corresponding service agreement, and are not derived from the content published on the Site.

7. Links, warranties, and liability

The Site may link to third-party pages, over whose content and policies we have no control or liability; access to them is at the user's own risk.

The Site is offered "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee its continuous availability or the absence of errors, and we reserve the right to suspend, modify, or interrupt it without prior notice.
