Introduction

Franui and the Palo agency approached us with a finished, high-quality video and an urgent operational challenge: the product packaging needed to be updated, a hand holding a magnifying glass had to disappear, and the text on an envelope in the frame needed to be cleaned up and rewritten. The piece had to be adapted into 22 languages (for both the summer and winter campaigns, totaling 44 deliverables in 9:16 format) in just 7 days. This was not a production from scratch, but rather a high-precision surgical intervention on existing material.

The technical challenge and the process

Scene Reconstruction
Through compositing and digital retouching in After Effects, we removed the unwanted elements, reframed the shot, and cleaned up the packaging, ensuring that the surface was ready for the new typography.

3D Product Tracking
The product does not remain static in the video. We perform complete motion tracking to integrate curved, editable typography that follows the rotation and perspective of the product without disrupting the original aesthetic.

Complex Multilingual Deployment
Localization into 22 languages included non-Latin alphabets and right-to-left reading systems (Arabic, Hebrew, Greek, Russian, Georgian, among others). Adjusting typographical compositions in right-to-left languages within a master designed from left to right required specific design rules so that each version would read naturally.
